As we made to order we donĀ“t make refunds. Please email us if you have any issue with our pieces.

We are open to visits. We also participate in several international fairs and markets and you can find us in the shops listed on our website.

We can send you scent samples.

Sizes and specifications are on the website if you have any further inquiries please contact us by email.

In case of broken items, we have to reclaim to the delivery company or carrier supplier. In the case of our 1st class Royal Mail postage service, this can take 2 to 6 weeks to be received.

In case of breakage, we will like to have the item back so we will refund the postage. As soon as we receive the broken piece we will reclaim and send a new item to you.

All our pieces are handmade with care and all are done one by one in the most traditional and handcrafted way in our little studio in West London.
